Building and executing an effective go-to-market strategy takes dedication, grit and a lot of trial & error.

Jarrett is a seasoned sales and revenue leader with nearly two decades of experience. From taking a new startup from $0 to $45MM in three years, or nearly doubling customer retention for a $500MM tech platform, he’s had the opportunity to build and lead many highly-effective, high-achieving teams throughout his career. Jarrett owes his wide-ranging skill set to empathy, pragmatism, determination and a lead-from-the-front approach.

HK Advisory began as a way for Jarrett to share his extensive knowledge and experience with the goal of helping others accelerate through the costly trial and error process. His goal is to create value quickly, so that sales targets can be met with as little waste as possible.

Nothing is more motivating and energizing for Jarrett than helping the business leaders and contributors around him to succeed in their endeavors. That is his why.

Jarrett lives with his wife (and business partner) and two daughters in the foothills of Tahoe in Northern California. If he’s not coaching one of his daughters’ soccer games he can be found awkwardly trying to surf somewhere on the California coast.
